Nate is the co-founder of Diamond Direction, a premier organization dedicated to creating exceptional  recruiting opportunities for softball athletes. PROSPECTS Camps and CONNECT camps are well underway, and his team has years of hosting great events under their belt as they continue to work hard to provide incredible opportunities for female athletes. He is  dedicated to securing college softball coaches that care about teaching and love working hard to help female athletes grow in the game. With a passion for elevating the recruiting experience, Nate has built Diamond Direction into a trusted platform that connects  athletes with college coaches and maximizes their exposure. Drawing on his extensive background in sports management and player development, Nate is committed to hosting top-tier tournaments and camps for athletes who aspire to compete at the highest level.  He communicates regularly with travel ball coaches looking to help their athletes have the best opportunities, and is dedicated to improving each event year after year. His innovative approach and dedication to athlete success have helped countless players  advance their skills and achieve their goals on and off the field. Nate and Ed work tirelessly to partner with the best College Coaches at all their exposure events so your daughter can leave each event happy she came and excited about her recruiting journey. 

 

Ed is the co-founder of Diamond Direction, where he brings his passion for excellence to every  event. Known for running high-caliber softball tournaments and camps, Ed ensures that each event offers unparalleled communication, competition, and organization—making them a must-attend for athletes and teams alike. With a deep commitment to helping players  and teams grow within the game, Ed strives to provide an experience that keeps participants coming back year after year. His dedication to quality and helping athletes in their recruiting journey has made Diamond Direction a trusted name in the softball community,  where athletes know their time and effort will be well spent after attending one of our events. Ed loves hosting quality tournaments where coaches and athletes do not have to worry about any details, and continues to orchestrate incredible softball tournaments. 

 

Kama is the Marketing and Operations Manager for Diamond Direction, where she combines her extensive experience  in camp operations with a passion for athlete development. Having coached on the camp side of the business for many years, coached at the collegiate level for almost 20 years,  Kama transitioned into the role of Camp Director several years ago, where she could  help Athletes and Coaches during these incredible events. With a deep love for the game, Kama is dedicated to helping athletes showcase their skills, learn the game, and have fun in the process. Her enthusiasm for Diamond  Direction stems from the organization's year-round efforts to create the best softball events, bringing together top College programs from across the U.S. to coach, teach, and recruit in one  event. With an attention to detail, Kama helps with the camp plans, marketing plans, and communication efforts to parents, athletes, travel and college coaches. Kama consults with young female athletes, helping them build confidence and improve their skills  as they navigate their recruiting journey. She believes wholeheartedly in Diamond Direction’s mission and looks forward to continuing her work, empowering female athletes to achieve their dreams and take control of their futures. She has a servant's heart  and wants every athlete and college coach to enjoy the tournament or camp they attend, and takes pride in helping the team run first class events.

 

MC is the Social Media Coordinator for Diamond Direction, where she plays a key role in shaping the brand’s  online presence. With a passion for connecting with the softball community, MC uses her creativity and marketing expertise to showcase the excitement and value of Diamond Direction’s camps and tournaments. Her attention to detail and eye for compelling content  help to highlight the athletes, coaches, and top-notch events that make Diamond Direction stand out. MC is dedicated to engaging with athletes, teams, and coaches across social platforms, ensuring that every post reflects the organization’s mission to provide  the best possible recruiting experience for softball players. Through her work, she helps bring the Diamond Direction vision to life, inspiring young athletes and keeping the community informed and excited year-round.
