Each camp page has a place to register. If a specific camp fills up before you have the chance to register your camper, you will have the option to join a waitlist.

Each camp page has information regarding what to bring for that specific camp. As a general rule, your camper needs to bring everything she would need to compete in a game or attend a college camp.

DEPOSITS: Non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits will not be refunded under any circumstance.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: A doctor's letter must accompany any request for a medical refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations which occur within two (2) weeks prior to the first day of camp. There will be no refunds to anyone who leaves during the week of camp. There will be no refunds for anyone who leaves on the day or camp or gets hurt. If you commit to college and request a refund 21 days prior to camp, we will issue you a refund minus the administrative fee of 25%. If you choose not to attend our camp, want a refund, and inform us prior to three weeks, your refund can be issued less the admin fee of 25%. Transferable ONLY in the same Summer. IF you inform us prior to three weeks, you can move your registration to another camp. A 2025 camp cannot be moved to a 2026 camp. Camp deposits must be used in the same calendar year.
DISCIPLINE: The camp director reserves the right to dismiss anyone for any violations during camp. All Diamond Direction Camps are open to any and all entrants limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender. If any athlete is dismissed, a refund will not be issued. If the camp director dismisses a parent or coach off the field (watching) from any camp, their child will not be allowed to register for future camps. We want all campers to have a great experience, free from negativity. We want our college coach partners to be able to do their job without distractions. Parents or coaches not hired by us, must be supportive of everyone and not cause problems from the sidelines. Our college coaches and our prospect athletes deserve to have a positive and wonderful experience without being overwhelmed.
MEDICAL REFUNDS: A doctor's note must accompany any request for a medical refund. A 25% processing fee will be assessed to any medical refund requests made within 2 weeks from the day of camp. No refunds will be given if an athlete must leave during camp. Any medical refund will be paid at the conclusion of camp.
ADMIN FEE on ANY REFUND:Due to the nature of our camps, we work year around on the administrative needs, requests, preparations, purchasing, and booking of all camps. If your request for a refund is properly issued 3 weeks before camp, a 25% processing fee will be assessed. Admin Fees will be issued on ANY refund that is properly requested and issued from all Diamond Direction Events.
