What is CONNECT 360?

Due to the growing demand, CONNECT has expanded its camps and now offers CONNECT 360.

CONNECT 360 is a partnership with top-tier Collegiate Softball coaches, bringing together the best talent and opportunities in one location. We are expanding to take this incredible talent ID camp model to become more inclusive, so when you see 360 you know that it will include everyone. We want to reach all athletes who want to play at next level and all divisions: NAIA, 2 years colleges, and all divisions among NCAA: I, II, and III. CONNECT 360 will use the same unique camp model, but expand the types of colleges that we will partner with because we know that it is so important for athletes wanting to play college softball to fit the right fit, no matter the reason they want to play at the level they choose. Additionally, we know most athletes that get the opportunity to play college softball will be at another level than the P4 level. 

CONNECT 360 is designed to serve the broader softball community, addressing the needs of the larger percentage of high school softball athletes who go on to play college softball at all levels—not just the 1.7% who advance to Division I programs, and even smaller percentage to play at the P4 levels. By focusing on inclusivity and opportunity, CONNECT 360 ensures that more athletes have access to the resources and exposure they need to achieve their dream. Simply put, we want to help more female athletes play softball at the college level. Getting the opportunity to play at the next level is an honor, and we want to use this unique camp model to serve all divisions.

Through 60 minute small-group sessions, athletes can choose the schools they want to work with, creating a personalized and impactful experience. By operating outside of college campuses, CONNECT offers a more efficient, cost-effective approach to exposure, empowering athletes to make informed decisions about their future. They can sign up for several sessions in one day and get an opportunity to work in a fast paced environment that feels like a college softball practice. Every session is limited to 15 athletes, so when you sign up for the college sessions, you are going to get seen. Each college coach will create the plan they want to seek the skills they prefer the best. Every field will have 2 colleges on them, and the camper literally handpicks her own schedule! 

Our mission is to help every athlete who dreams of playing college softball—whether it’s Division I, II, III, NAIA, or a community college—not just those aspiring to play at the Division I level. CONNECT 360 ensures that all athletes, regardless of their goals, have the tools, exposure, and support to take their next steps in the game they love.
